began in Philadelphia while I was studying sound recording and editing at Temple University. I didn’t come into music through a traditional path.  I was drawn to sound, texture, rhythm, and the process of building something from nothing.  What started in a dorm room eventually became a bigger creative outlet, following me from Philadelphia to Los Angeles and back to New Hampshire.  The sound has moved through different phases over the years, from hip-hop and pop to electronic, R&B, and more experimental ideas.  RIFFYBEATS is simply the place where that side of my work lives.  Below is a selection of productions and ideas from along the way.
